Yasir Ahsan is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in technology execution, digital transformation, and global stakeholder management across international markets. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale enterprise initiatives in banking, regulatory technology, risk management, and platform modernization.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Yasir served as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he played a key role in modernizing and digitizing enterprise regulatory platforms. Prior to that, he worked as Vice President at J.P. Morgan, leading multiple global initiatives across risk management, trade execution, and financial technology transformation.
As a startup founder and CEO, Yasir believes in building high-performance teams by empowering young talent with ownership, creative freedom, and a culture of experimentation. His leadership philosophy centers around learning through experience, encouraging innovation, and creating an environment where individuals can grow, take calculated risks, and deliver impactful results.
He holds a Master of Science degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Bachelor of Technology degree from Jamia Hamdard.
Syed Imtiazuddin is a distinguished administrative leader and strategic advisor with over 33 years of experience in public administration, governance, and institutional management. Throughout his illustrious career in the Government of Bihar, he held several senior leadership positions across key departments, contributing significantly to policy implementation, administrative reforms, and public service delivery.
Following his tenure in government service, he served for four years as a Member of the Bihar Public Service Commission, a constitutional body responsible for maintaining the integrity and standards of public administration and civil services recruitment.
In recognition of his exemplary contribution to public service, Syed Imtiazuddin was honoured with the President’s Medal for his distinguished work during the Census operations. Over the course of his career, he successfully managed diverse government portfolios, including General Administration, Education, and Agriculture, gaining deep expertise in governance frameworks, regulatory systems, institutional operations, and public-sector administration.
As an Advisor to Mintways, he brings valuable strategic insight into regulatory compliance, governance practices, and public-sector engagement. His extensive understanding of administrative processes and policy ecosystems enables the company to effectively navigate regulatory landscapes while aligning business initiatives with sustainable and credible growth strategies.

Sana brings a unique blend of academic research, education leadership, and people-centric organizational development. She began her professional journey as a Research Scientist at ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, where she contributed to research and innovation in the academic domain.
Driven by her passion for mentoring and nurturing young talent, Sana later transitioned into education and student development, guiding aspiring medical and engineering students through mentorship and academic coaching. Her ability to connect with people, understand their aspirations, and foster growth has been a defining aspect of her professional journey.
